When you’re living with a complex chronic illness (MCAS, dysautonomia, chronic fatigue, or any condition that leaves you feeling unseen or misunderstood) the emotional toll can be as heavy as the physical one.
Safe to Feel is a gentle, guided space where you can learn to meet those emotions with compassion instead of fear. It’s a weekly healing group designed to support the emotional layer of recovery, the piece that’s so often overlooked, yet deeply transformative when tended to.

What to Expect Each Week
Each 60-minute session combines science-backed techniques with a deeply nurturing community, helping you reconnect with safety, presence, and emotional resilience.
You’ll experience:
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for gentle emotional release and nervous system regulation
- Guided tools to build resilience and self-compassion
- Group support and processing with others who truly “get it”
- A grounded, safe space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom
You don’t have to go through this alone — and you don’t have to “fix” yourself to be worthy of care.
Each session will help you leave feeling more grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
