Safe to Feel is a weekly group designed to help you safely reconnect with your emotions and your body, in community and with support.

What to Expect Each Week
Each 60-minute session blends gentle emotional release practices with grounding tools for resilience and regulation. You’ll learn how to process emotions safely and compassionately — without getting stuck in them.

- EFT Tapping for gentle emotional release
- Tools for emotional resilience and nervous system regulation
- Guided processing and reflection in a supportive group
- Connection with others who truly “get it”

Melanie Cross
- Holistic & Trauma-Informed Guide — specializing in mind-body-spirit recovery from complex chronic illness
- Personally recovered from MCAS, dysautonomia, chronic fatigue, Lyme disease, mold toxicity, fibromyalgia, anxiety, and gut dysbiosis — using nutrition, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing as key components in her healing journey
