The Somatic Sanctuary is a guided weekly space where you can reconnect with the intelligence of your body, release stored tension, and create lasting shifts in patterns of pain, inflammation, and emotional stress. This is a trauma-informed movement and healing practice designed specifically for sensitive bodies.

What to Expect Each Week
Each 90-minute session blends nervous system-informed, fascia-focused practices with somatic tools for deep healing:
You’ll experience:

Foam rolling and fascia release to soften adhesions, detoxify, and increase lymphatic and emotional flow

TRE (Trauma Release Exercises) to release stress and emotions stored in the deep psoas and pelvic region

Targeted stretches and breath work to restore healthy movement patterns and reduce flares

Somatic visualization and inner child repair to reconnect to safety, innocence, and self-trust

Nervous system attunement practices to calm mast cell reactivity and rewire fear
