Day One of the Rebuild Yourself Summit sets the stage for deep, lasting transformation by exploring what it truly means to nourish the body from the inside out. In a world overflowing with food but starving for real nutrition, this day will reorient your understanding of healing at the cellular, mineral, metabolic, and evolutionary level.

You'll learn why calories aren't enough- and how high-calorie malnutrition leaves the body undernourished and inflamed, even with a full plate. You'll discover how ancestral nutrition offers the blueprint our biology still expects, and how chronic illness is often the result of the body getting "stuck" in a survival mode known as the Cell Danger Response.

We’ll take a deeper dive into how nutrient imbalances, like mineral deficiencies revealed through HTMA testing, impact energy, the immune system, and mental health. Day Two: The Human Biome

Day Two takes us deep into The Human Biome — and Restoring Balance Through Gut and Microbial Healing.

Day Two of the Rebuild Yourself Summit dives into the microbial universe within us—the living ecosystem that dictates how we digest food, regulate immunity, and even produce our “feel good” neurotransmitters.

We’ll break down what a healthy gut microbiome really looks like, and how restoring bacterial balance can transform symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, food reactions, and autoimmunity. Day Three: Nervous System

Day Three is all about Regulating the Nervous System- and Reclaiming Safety, Presence, and Possibility.

The final day of the Rebuild Yourself Summit brings it all home: true healing can only happen when the nervous system feels safe enough to allow it.

Day Three explores how chronic illness is often not just a physiological condition—but a nervous system stuck in survival mode, locked in patterns of anxiety, shutdown, and overprotection. This day is dedicated to the biology of resilience, and how to reclaim it through both mindset and bodywork.

On day three, we discuss how trauma is held in the body and what’s required for somatic healing. Cutting edge research into neuroplasticity will show us how brain retraining and meditation practices rewire habitual stress loops and reprogram the brain- in ways that you can even see on EEG brain scans! Next, we will dive deep into the heart centered science of emotional processing and EFT Tapping, learning what happens to our physiology when our feelings aren’t acknowledged or processed. Then, we’ll explore the subconscious belief patterns that drive chronic illness—and how to shift them from the inside out.

Lastly, we will have our Self Healers Panel- a whole group of people who have gone through remarkable recoveries and come out the other side of severe illness more healthy, whole and resilient than they ever thought possible. Then inspiring stories are a MUST HEAR for anyone struggling with their health. Plus, you get a chance to ask them your own questions.
