What is the Rebuild Yourself Summit?
Why this is NOT the event to miss!
The Rebuild Yourself Summit is a three-day online immersion into the root-cause science, nutritional wisdom, and nervous system healing practices that create real, lasting transformation for those living with complex chronic illness.
This is for people who feel hopeless, lost, or like they’ve “tried everything”.
This is for people who’ve been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or told “it’s all in your head.”
This is for people who are exhausted, inflamed, reactive, and still feel like they’re missing key answers.
This summit offers something radically different:
🌱 Hope grounded in reality.
🧠Wisdom rooted in biology and evolution.
đź’“ Compassion that sees the whole of who you are.
Day One: The Body & Nutrients
Day One is all about Nourishing the Body and The Healing Power of Nutrients
Day One of the Rebuild Yourself Summit sets the stage for deep, lasting transformation by exploring what it truly means to nourish the body from the inside out. In a world overflowing with food but starving for real nutrition, this day will reorient your understanding of healing at the cellular, mineral, metabolic, and evolutionary level.
You'll learn why calories aren't enough- and how high-calorie malnutrition leaves the body undernourished and inflamed, even with a full plate. You'll discover how ancestral nutrition offers the blueprint our biology still expects, and how chronic illness is often the result of the body getting "stuck" in a survival mode known as the Cell Danger Response.
We’ll take a deeper dive into how nutrient imbalances, like mineral deficiencies revealed through HTMA testing, impact energy, the immune system, and mental health. You’ll learn how often-overlooked elements like sulfur play a pivotal role in detoxification and mitochondrial healing. And for those struggling with fatigue, brain fog, and hormonal imbalances, we’ll expose the real, root-cause drivers of thyroid dysfunction- and why standard labs often miss them entirely.
With insights from Jen Donovan, Natalie Earle, Amanda Panacea, and Courtney Jacobs, Day One is your invitation to step away from fear-based food narratives and into a relationship with nourishment that is strategic, intuitive, and based in both science and ancestral wisdom.

Talks:
High-Calorie Malnutrition: The Hidden Epidemic Behind Chronic Illness
In a world overflowing with food, how can so many people still be starving at the cellular level? This talk uncovers the widespread yet often overlooked phenomenon of high-calorie malnutrition - where people consume plenty of food, yet remain profoundly nutrient-deficient. We’ll explore how modern diets are rich in calories but poor in bioavailable nutrients, and how chronic stress, toxicity and poor digestion impair absorption. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how to resolve these long standing deficiencies by deeply nourishing your body.
Eating for Human Design: What Evolution Teaches Us About Healing
What if the key to healing chronic illness isn’t in futuristic medicine- but ancient, evolutionary based wisdom? In this talk, we’ll explore the archaeology and biology that clarifies how our ancestors ate and thrived in a pre industrial and even pre agricultural world, and what this reveals about the nutrition our bodies can heal with today. Drawing from evolutionary biology, modern indigenous diets, and nutritional science, this session reveals how real healing begins when we reconnect to the foods that shaped human biology. We’ll break down how modern food systems have hijacked our instincts- and how to reclaim nutrition that actually works for your gut, brain, and hormones.
The Biology of Being Stuck: Understanding The Cell Danger Response and Nutrient Solutions
If you feel like you’ve tried everything and you're still not getting better, this talk is for you. We’ll unpack the groundbreaking science of the Cell Danger Response (CDR)- a protective mechanism triggered by chronic stress, toxins, infections, and trauma that causes the body to get “stuck” in survival mode. This session breaks down how the CDR affects mitochondrial function, digestion, mood, and detoxification- and why healing won’t happen until the body feels safe again. You’ll learn targeted nutrient and lifestyle strategies to signal safety to the body and support the shift from protection into repair.
How I Healed MCAS Through the GAPS Intro Diet
Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is not a life sentence– it’s a signal from a body that it is overwhelmed by toxicity, inflammation, and gut microbiome dysregulation. In this talk, Jen shares how the GAPS Intro Diet offers a strategic path to recovery by calming the immune system, sealing the gut lining, and re-establishing a healthy microbial foundations. Learn how this targeted, step by step nutrition protocol can downregulate histamine responses and help the body return to safety and balance.
The Gut-Collagen Connection: Hypermobility, MCAS, and Microbiome-Based Solutions
Why do so many people with hypermobility also struggle with histamine issues? Why are hEDS and MCAS so often diagnosed together? In this eye-opening session, Jen explores the profound link between connective tissue disorders, gut dysbiosis, and mast cell activation. You’ll learn how gut-based inflammation drives collagen degradation and nervous system instability- and how probiotics and targeted nutrition can shift the terrain toward stability, strength, and long-term resilience.
The Biology of Release: How the Body Heals Trauma
Trauma isn’t just a story stored in the mind- it’s a biological imprint stored in our tissues. In this session, Jen breaks down the somatic science of how trauma gets “stuck” in the nervous system, why talk therapy alone often isn't enough, and how the body releases stored survival responses when it finally feels safe. Learn the physiological stages of trauma resolution, how fascia, the vagus nerve, and the diaphragm play key roles, and how you can gently support this release process with daily practices that restore trust in the body.
Rewiring Your Story: Transforming Limiting Beliefs
What if the thoughts that shape your life aren't really “you”- but survival strategies encoded in your subconscious brain? In this talk, Jen reveals how chronic illness is often entangled with subconscious belief patterns rooted in trauma, fear, and self hate. You’ll learn how beliefs about safety, worthiness, and ability are stored in the brain- and how to shift them using simple tools. Discover how self-perception and neuroplasticity can combine to rewire the stories that keep us stuck in sickness.

Day Two: The Human Biome
Day Two takes us deep into The Human Biome — and Restoring Balance Through Gut and Microbial Healing.
Day Two of the Rebuild Yourself Summit dives into the microbial universe within us—the living ecosystem that dictates how we digest food, regulate immunity, and even produce our “feel good” neurotransmitters.
We’ll break down what a healthy gut microbiome really looks like, and how restoring bacterial balance can transform symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, food reactions, and autoimmunity. We will walk through the misunderstood world of fermented foods and probiotics, clarifying how and when to introduce them- especially for those with histamine intolerance. We’ll receive heart-centered wisdom on children’s gut health, helping us understand how behavioral, emotional, and developmental struggles often trace back to microbial imbalance and poor digestion.
Last, we will explore the connection between hypermobility, mast cell activation, and the microbiome—a deeply validating conversation for those with a long list of overlapping symptoms and no answers.
This day will help you reclaim your gut not just as a digestive organ—but as your healing command center.
With insights from Jen Donovan, Suzanne Balestino, Heather Famularo, and Kate Pope, Day Two is your invitation to dive deep into a new relationship with the ecosystem inside you.

Day Three: Nervous System
Day Three is all about Regulating the Nervous System- and Reclaiming Safety, Presence, and Possibility.
The final day of the Rebuild Yourself Summit brings it all home: true healing can only happen when the nervous system feels safe enough to allow it.
Day Three explores how chronic illness is often not just a physiological condition—but a nervous system stuck in survival mode, locked in patterns of anxiety, shutdown, and overprotection. This day is dedicated to the biology of resilience, and how to reclaim it through both mindset and bodywork.
On day three, we discuss how trauma is held in the body and what’s required for somatic healing. Cutting edge research into neuroplasticity will show us how brain retraining and meditation practices rewire habitual stress loops and reprogram the brain- in ways that you can even see on EEG brain scans! Next, we will dive deep into the heart centered science of emotional processing and EFT Tapping, learning what happens to our physiology when our feelings aren’t acknowledged or processed. Then, we’ll explore the subconscious belief patterns that drive chronic illness—and how to shift them from the inside out.
Lastly, we will have our Self Healers Panel- a whole group of people who have gone through remarkable recoveries and come out the other side of severe illness more healthy, whole and resilient than they ever thought possible. Then inspiring stories are a MUST HEAR for anyone struggling with their health. Plus, you get a chance to ask them your own questions.
This final day is about becoming the safe place your body needs in order to heal. It’s not about pushing through or overriding symptoms—it’s about learning to speak the language of the nervous system and offer it what it has always needed: compassion, regulation, and safety.

Â
Talk: From Survival to Safety: Using EFT to Change the Body’s Response to Symptoms Â
Many people living with chronic symptoms understand what to eat, follow supportive routines, and know the nervous system matters — yet their body still reacts automatically to sensations with fear, urgency, or shutdown.
This talk explores what happens in the first moments a symptom appears and why those seconds strongly influence how the brain interprets the experience. You’ll learn how common reactions like bracing, fixing, or disconnecting reinforce a survival response, and how EFT (tapping) can be used to create a different experience.
Through a brief guided exercise, you’ll experience how staying present with support helps the body register safety, reduce escalation, and gradually shift its baseline response to stress and symptoms.
