Retrain Your Brain: A 4-Week Neuromeditation Intensive

Dates: April 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Time: Saturdays, 12pm – 1pm Pacific
Location: Live on Zoom

Shift Your Brain. Regulate Your Nervous System. Create the Conditions for Healing.

Many people living with chronic stress, chronic illness, anxiety, brain fog, or persistent pain have tried meditation before… and felt like they failed.

Their mind wouldn’t stop racing.
Their body felt too uncomfortable.
Or sitting still just made symptoms worse.

The truth is: most meditation programs were never designed for dysregulated nervous systems.

Neuromeditation is different.

Developed through decades of neuroscience research and used in clinical neurofeedback settings, Neuromeditation trains specific brain networks using targeted meditation techniques designed to improve brain function and increase neuroplasticity.

Instead of simply “trying to relax,” you learn how to guide your brain into measurable states that support healing, emotional regulation, and cognitive clarity.

This 4-week live intensive will introduce you to the four core styles of Neuromeditation, each designed to activate different neural networks and create lasting changes in the brain.

While we encourage you to attend live to ask questions and participate in discussions, sessions are recorded and available for later viewing.

What Makes Neuromeditation Different

Neuromeditation is built on the understanding that different meditation techniques produce different brainwave patterns and activate different regions of the brain.

When practiced consistently, these techniques can:

  • Increase neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to rewire and repair itself
  • Improve limbic system regulation, reducing emotional reactivity and stress responses
  • Calm overactive threat detection circuits in the nervous system
  • Reduce chronic pain signaling and inflammatory stress responses
  • Improve focus, clarity, and cognitive resilience
  • Support recovery from nervous system dysregulation associated with conditions like chronic fatigue, dysautonomia, mast cell activation, and anxiety

Rather than forcing yourself into one meditation style, Neuromeditation teaches you the right technique for the brain state you want to create.

What We’ll Explore Each Week

Week 1 — Mindfulness

Learn how to stabilize awareness and calm the brain’s default mode network.
Mindfulness training strengthens the brain circuits involved in emotional regulation and reduces the constant mental chatter that drives stress physiology.

Week 2 — Focus

Train the attention networks of the brain to increase cognitive clarity, reduce brain fog, and improve mental stamina.

Week 3 — Compassion

Activate neural circuits associated with safety, connection, and emotional resilience—powerfully regulating the limbic system and helping the nervous system exit chronic survival mode.

Week 4 — Quiet Mind

Experience deep restorative brain states associated with increased alpha and theta activity—allowing the brain to access profound calm and repair.

Who This Is For

This class is especially helpful for people who:

• Feel like traditional meditation has never worked for them
• Experience chronic stress or nervous system dysregulation
• Struggle with brain fog, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Live with chronic illness or chronic pain
• Want a science-based approach to meditation and nervous system healing

You don’t need previous meditation experience.

These techniques are structured, guided, and accessible for beginners.

This is an incredibly accessible price for training that can fundamentally change how your brain and nervous system function.

Why This Matters

Your brain is not fixed.

With the right inputs, the brain can rewire, reorganize, and heal.

Neuromeditation provides the tools to train your brain in ways that support safety, resilience, and recovery—helping the nervous system move out of chronic threat patterns and into the states where healing becomes possible.
