VIP Office Hours are your opportunity to receive direct, individualized guidance from Jen each week, within a focused, time-efficient format. This offering is designed to help you stay on track with your protocol, troubleshoot unexpected symptoms or changes, and receive ongoing refinements to your care plan—without needing to book a full 1:1 appointment.

Each participant reserves a dedicated 20-minute slot during the Saturday morning office hours window. This is your time to go deep on your current plan, ask specific questions, and get tailored recommendations based on how your healing is progressing.

You will receive an email with a link to book your time slot every Tuesday to sign up for a slot for the following Saturday. You'll pick a new time slot each week. Note: VIP Office Hours are held in a small group setting, but your 20-minute time slot is dedicated exclusively to you with Jen’s individual attention.
