Reaction Free is a science-based, supportive group designed to help the most sensitive people gently rebuild their health from the inside out—starting with the gut.

This weekly group combines therapeutic nutrition education with live case consultation, so you can understand your body's signals, address your intolerances, and receive individualized guidance in a supportive community.


What Makes This Group Different?

We take a food-first, nervous system-aware approach to healing the gut. This means no crash detoxes, one size fits all protocols, and no overwhelming supplement stacks.

Instead, you'll learn how to:

  • Calm gut inflammation

  • Rebalance the microbiome

  • Rebuild digestive capacity

  • Restore depleted nutrients

  • Nourish the body with deeply healing, personalized nutrition

 

Every protocol is adapted to your sensitivities and bio-individual needs, including:

  • Histamine intolerance

  • Oxalates, lectins, and salicylate intolerance

  • Sulfur intolerance

  • FODMAPs intolerance

  • Alpha-Gal syndrome

  • Struggles with digesting fat and meat

You’ll learn to gently reintroduce foods and rebuild tolerance, while restoring the gut terrain with precision and care.

 

Weekly Structure:

Each call includes:

  • 30 minutes of educational lecture: Learn the science of gut healing, nutrient repletion, supplementation, and immune modulation from a mast cell literate lens.

  • 30-60 minutes of live case consultation: Each member receives 5–10 minutes of individualized support to troubleshoot current symptoms, fine-tune their protocol, and ask questions.

  • You'll not only get direct support—you’ll also learn from others’ experiences and feel less alone on your healing path.

  • How gut dysbiosis fuels MCAS, histamine intolerance, autoimmunity, and nervous system issues

  • Food science for microbiome rebalancing

  • Why antimicrobials first often backfire—and what to do instead

  • Common nutrient deficiencies and how to replenish them safely

  • Step-by-step approaches to increasing food tolerance
