Whether you're trying to build a more consistent bedtime, eat regular meals and stick to your meal plan, get outside in the morning light, or establish a calming evening routine, this group helps you root those goals into your daily life.
 What You’ll Get Each Week:

Guided goal-setting: You'll be guided through choosing practical, personalized, and effective goals each week that support your healing.

Success support system: Report back the following week on how it went—celebrate wins or troubleshoot obstacles with group support.

Mini-lessons from Sally: Each week includes a short teaching on the circadian biology and the importance of consistency—why a daily rhythm supports your nervous system, immune regulation, and hormonal rhythms.
