Our curriculum includes:
  • Clear, simple nutritional plans, food lists, recipes and cooking instructions designed to help your heal your gut lining and rebalance dysbiosis (imbalance in the microbes in your gut!)
  • Nervous system regulation and trauma release techniques
  • Gentle detoxification support- much of stubborn chronic illness is related to a congested liver overrun with toxins the body cannot keep up with!
  • Mindset work (subconscious belief repatterning) and "brain exercises".
  • Extra support for specific issues including histamine/mast cell, neurological symptoms, digestive symptoms, etc.
  • Regular check ins on implementing dietary and lifestyle changes, to ensure success no matter your current ability levels or situations
  • Basic supplement protocols are recommended based on tolerance to supplements and overall symptoms. “Food based” nutrient support is always prioritized

Our clear and structured nutritional protocols designed to Rebuild Your Gut Microbiome using tried and true methods from Specific Carbohydrate Diets (SCD) and Gut and Psychology Syndrome Diets (GAPS), as well detailed instructions on how to integrate Ancestral, Nutrient Dense, Traditional Foods and when appropriate, using Therapeutic Ketosis as a catalyst for your journey to nervous system and brain health.

Our nervous system regulation and trauma release workshops are based on Poly Vagal Theory and the wisdom of credible trauma therapists such as Dr. Stephen Porges, Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Pat Ogden, and David Berceli. Jen Donovan is a certified Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises Provider and has a master’s degree in mental health counseling and will lead these groups through safe but powerful techniques to re regulate the nervous system and release stuck tension and unresolved energy from your body tissues.

Our mindset and meditation groups will help you reprogram subconscious beliefs that could be blocking your capacity to heal. We use a technique called Neuromeditation, and our meditation coach Mike Welch is certified in Level 2 Neuromeditation techniques. This modality is designed specifically for people struggling with mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, PTSD and ADHD to help optimize your meditation practice for the most profound effect on your physical brain state.
